Prospector Now with TermLode plug-in translators working with SDL Trados can access / submit terms to central TermLode terminology database from within Trados Studio 2017. It provides the following features:

  • finding any terms quickly in the Logrus Global TermLode cloud termbase
  • employing the corporate termbase in the cloud to assist any translation and editing done in SDL Trados Studio
  • defining a terminology source through existing domains, terminological contexts and bases
  • acquiring terms using an N-gram algorithm (with up to 20 elements) and search for them in the cloud termbase through the API
  • adding new terms into the termbase using its browser feature and directly from the SDL Trados Studio

TermLode + TermLode plugin is a combination which seamlessly takes Trados SDL users to the centralized terminology cloud for terminology management, from within SDL Trados.
